Purpose

The Homeless Leadership Network oversees the implementation of the strategies in Opening Doors of Opportunity:
A 10-Year Plan to End Homelessness
in Pinellas County. It ensures accountability in and evaluation of the homeless services system.

The Homeless Leadership Network (HLN) is the leadership group in the Pinellas homeless services system. The Pinellas County Coalition for the Homeless, Inc. (PCCH) provides staff support for the HLN.
